Playfield Protectors was born inside the pinball community in 2015 — out of a simple question: how do you protect a machine's playfield without changing the way it plays? Since then we have protected many thousands of playfields worldwide, from classic Williams and Bally machines to the latest Stern titles. New protectors are often developed right when new machines ship — frequently at the community's request.
Every protector is designed and manufactured in Germany: made from optical Vivak (PET-G), CNC-laser-cut to the millimeter and inspected before shipping. Warehousing and shipping are located in Germany as well — your order ships from Germany via DHL or UPS. For EU customers that means no customs fees, short delivery times and straightforward returns.
The shop is operated by SS Trading LLC, registered in Dubai (UAE) — while development, production, warehousing and shipping are entirely based in Germany. That is why we charge German or country-specific EU VAT, and EU consumer rights apply, including the 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are in our legal disclosure.
