Customers Outside the EU

Tax free shopping is available for all customers outside the European Union. We don't charge you any sales tax at the time of the purchase but know that you're required by law to pay tax in your own country. SS Trading LLC cannot be held responsible for any issues regarding import tax.

B2B Customers Within the EU (Reverse Charge)

Business customers with a valid VAT ID from an EU member state (other than Germany) can purchase tax-free under the reverse charge mechanism.

How it works:

1. Select your EU country as the shipping address at checkout
2. Enter your VAT ID in the field that appears (e.g. ATU12345678)
3. Click "Check" — we automatically validate your VAT ID against the EU VIES database
4. Once validated, your order will be charged at 0% VAT (reverse charge)

Note: Your VAT ID is checked for correct country format and verified against the EU VIES system. If the VIES database is temporarily unavailable, we accept format-valid VAT IDs and flag the order accordingly.
